With every purchase and additional actions with us, you collect valuable points. Each euro of your purchase equals 1 point. In your customer account, you can check how many points you have already collected.

You can now claim your collected points at any time in the shopping cart and save sustainably! You can choose how many points you want to redeem on your next purchase. Before completing your order, simply select the desired points and redeem them.
100 points = €5 discount
200 points = €10 discount
300 points = €15 discount
400 points = €20 discount
*The participation is only possible with an existing claro customer account. A maximum of 400 points can be redeemed per purchase. Redemption is possible starting from 100 accumulated points. Cash redemption is not possible. Your points expire automatically after 24 months, after which a new accumulation period begins. No additional discount code can be applied when redeeming points. Points are not transferable to other accounts.
